Fabrication

MS Sheets are procured directly from SAIL, ESSAR, TISCO’s depot and thoroughly checked for uniform thickness, shelf-age, rusting and corrosive etc. Before taken up for further process-viz shearing, punching & notching, bending and welding etc. is done on CNC M/Cs by well skilled & experienced operators/technicians.

Spacious & clean shop floor for routing jobs. Highly skilled and committed technicians ensures stringent quality checks and aesthetics lay-out of components. Bus-bars are shaped, bent, heat shrink sleeved and joints made with utmost accuracy & precision ensuring minimum heat /energy loss in the system. Control & power wiring routing, lugging and dressing is also done with equal care and neatness. At every stage, in-line inspection by independent quality control dept. is carried out and strict laid down procedures are adhered to.

Testing Facility

We have full fledged testing department equipped with requisite testing instruments & equipments viz. High voltage tester 5KV/75KV, meggers upto 5KV, loading transformer (1Phase, 4000A & 3Phase, 1000A), relay test panel, secondary injection kit, milli-volt drop test kit etc. Department is headed by qualified engineers & technicians.
